Early Childhood Educator Assistant

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
 Demonstrates nurturing care and delivers developmentally appropriate activities inside
and outside to meet the needs of children in a group setting
 Provides for the physical needs of children including diapering, toileting, feeding, and
napping along with using positive guidance practices
 In collaboration with the lead ECE, ensures positive communication with families
