Early Childhood Educator Assistant
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates nurturing care and delivers developmentally appropriate activities inside
and outside to meet the needs of children in a group setting
Provides for the physical needs of children including diapering, toileting, feeding, and
napping along with using positive guidance practices
In collaboration with the lead ECE, ensures positive communication with families
