Join Sandra Yuen, based on Zones of Regulation by Leah M. Kuypers, as we gain the tools to help children of all ages improve their self-regulation skills. We will learn how to help children recognize when they are in the different zones and how to use strategies to change or stay in their current zone.  Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm via Zoom.
