Participants will gain a deeper connection to understanding “behaviour” and how social and emotional development impacts the lives and architecture of a child’s development. Children need to be nurtured, encouraged and acknowledged to support their holistic development. “Challenging behaviours” are an invitation to support the child’s emerging ability to express, identify both positive and “negative” emotions, and secure healthy attachments. How and why they should actively explore the environment to enhance the child’s self esteem, trust in themselves and one another will be the focus of this workshop.
