Childcare policies and procedures of Snack and Meal times
Deconstructing educator beliefs and perspectives on healthy food
Connection to food practices and one’s identity
Implications: Are we hindering or cultivating equitable spaces that welcome all children and families

“Ilam Muralidharan has been an Early Childhood Educator, working in the Tri-Cities for over thirteen years. She recently completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at Capilano University, where she was inspired to work towards creating more equitable spaces for all educators, children and families, especially educators and families of colour.”
