Through an outdoor guided walking tour of the Alouette Watershed in ALLCO park, participants will learn all about the innerworkings of the watershed and the organisms which live within it, as well as how water sources are connected and the impacts of pollution in our environment.

Marissa Waddell is a recent graduate from the University of Victoria, earning a Bachelor of Science with a major in biology and a marine concentration. Having started working at the Alouette River Management Society in November of 2021, Marissa is excited to be able to educate young minds and work towards inspiring conservation in the community.
