Less Screen Time – More Green Time raises awareness regarding the critical factors for healthy early child development of movement, touch, connection and nature, and offers parents, child care providers and Early Childhood Educators practical strategies to enhance infant, toddler and preschool child development.
- Identify four critical factors for meeting early developmental milestones and achieving foundation skills for school entry.
- Analyze current research on technology’s impact on early child development in physical, mental, social and cognitive domains.
- Rank individual performance levels and determine intervention strategies for child care providers and parents.
- Apply home and child care initiatives to improve infant, toddler and preschool age sensory, motor and attachment development.
