A key to supporting children is to understand their behaviour. What is this child needing that is causing them to behave this way? What is their body experiencing that leads them to react like this? How is this child’s level of stress impacting their choices? What is this child needing to feel physically and emotionally safe? When we’re willing to look at children’s behaviour through the lens of compassion and the nervous system we’re better equipped to help children regulate and thrive. Join us as we explore these questions more deeply to see how they can be used in everyday moments to bring more ease and connection into your work with children.
