During the workshop sessions we will be sharing our favourite outdoor educational activity ideas and environmental resources with you and how they can be best used to suit your needs. We would like you to go away inspired to take your students on an outdoor adventure! We will also let you know about our field trip programs.
BC Early Learning Framework states: “Natural environments may play a particularly important role in promoting children’s early learning. Exposure to natural environments strengthens children’s relationship to nature, building the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual connections that are a necessary motivation for environmental stewardship. Natural environments also provide the perfect setting for holistic learning.”
