Children are natural born movers and shakers. This workshop explores the roots of physical literacy as it relates to parents, caregivers, and educators. As it relates to all of us in the communities in which we live and enjoy together in a climate of technology and media distractions. There will be practical ideas for implementation given in a comfortable environment where we also explore our own ideas and inspiration around activity.
