This workshop will look at the holistic development of children from infancy to age five with a focus on different aspects of child development. Did you know that 90% of a child’s cognitive development occurs by the age of five? And that play is the most valuable way that children learn! In this session we will explore social and emotional development, physical growth and learning through art and sensory play.
Today’s workshop will include two make and take sessions to share with the children you teach; a circle story and a story basket. Materials will be supplied.
Presenter: Katelyn Moon
Please note: There will be a one hour lunch break: please bring a bag lunch.
