Each educator is on a different pathway with the E.L.F. You will navigate through the concepts, theory and new language in ways that are meaningful to you. The purpose of this workshop is to plant gentle seeds that will inspire you to think of the possible ways you can implement the E.L.F in your early
Possible Pathways of Learning :
– You will explore a brief introduction to the revisions made to the E.L.F.
– Engage in critical reflection about the purpose of the revisions
– Explore new concepts, theories and terms
– Explore pedagogical practices and the pedagogical narration process.
With an open mind, you will begin to consider how to implement aspects of the E.L.F into your centre.

Ana Valle Rivera
Ana began working in the childcare field in 2007. Ana was first introduced to the E.L.F in 2008. Since earning a diploma in ECE, special needs and IT Education in 2010, she has worked with children of all ages with different developmental needs in various childcare settings. Ana is currently completing a degree in Child and Youth Care specializations in Early Years through the UVIC. Through studies and collaboration with other professionals, Ana has become very familiarized with the revised E.L.F. Ana has made it her mission to share her passion and knowledge of early years through creating and facilitating her own workshops.
