Explore how to integrate yoga and mindfulness to circle time gatherings, transitions, art and outdoor play through games, stories and songs. Create moments of calm in the classroom and build skills for resilience for both student and teachers alike. Learn self-care practices for both child and adult to in order to navigate through stressful situation and avoid burn-out.
