This workshop will help participants understand expected sexual health development in the early years (birth to age 10). Participants will learn about the Top 5 sexual health and safety topics to teach and some ideas for how to teach them. Participants will also review when sexual behaviours may be of concern. We will also cover how to answer sexual health questions from children effectively. Participants will also be given the opportunity to ask questions of their own.
**Workshops are presented live through Zoom. Participants must ensure to sign up with their correct email as workshop links will be sent out 24-48 hours before the workshop. Make sure you are using a compatible device and have a working internet connection. Participants must attend at least 1/2 of the workshop to be eligible for a partial certificate. Certificates are sent out approximately 48 hours after the workshop upon completion of a survey.
