Between going to school, doing homework, making friends and learning day to day responsibilities, being a kid can be complicated, stressful, and frustrating! Our objective in this workshop is to unpack a child’s “story” so that we better understand what is taking place in a child’s life space. We will also explore some of the key factors and influences that can impact a child both positively and negatively. At the end of our journey, we will add some tools to our toolbox to support school-aged children with managing stress and building the necessary self-regulation skills to experience success!
