WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: Employers are increasingly seeking to hire ‘good staff’ with ‘strong interpersonal skills’. People who work well in a team and who are able to communicate well are not just important to the work place but these skills can benefit your personal and social life. This is a practical skill building workshop designed to support personal interpersonal skills and delve into self-reflective intrapersonal skills. We will explore relationships with interactions between two people or more and how easily these interactions can be miscommunicated and cause conflict within close teams. The objective is that each person will leave with clear self-help tools to empower healthy future connections with yourself and others.
