Sleep Essentials (ZOOM)
Presented by Dr. Sean Larsen MA PHD
Feb 8th 6:30-8:30
Why is sleep so important?
How do we get a good sleep and help those we care for to sleep better?
Bedtime always a nightmare?
Are you curious about nighttime anxiety?
Then this workshop is for YOU! You will learn the fundamentals of sleep and how to support yourself and those you care for to get a better sleep.
By the time children reach their teenage years almost 70% of them are not getting enough sleep. Not getting enough sleep leads to problems with anxiety, depression, and learning. There is a lot we can do to promote healthy sleep and doing so can have huge benefits to your physical and mental health.
Attend this workshop and your name will be entered into a draw to win 1 of 2 books
