It sometimes can be difficult to know when to have conversations with parents about accessing services to support their children’s well-being, growth and development. In addition, anxiety and stressors for children can manifest in complex ways in the context of early childhood spaces, therefore, requiring educators to use a broader lens in understanding children’s overall development. Participants in this workshop will be invited to broaden their views on children’s learning and development, and as a result have meaningful conversations with parents where understanding questions and concerns emerges through genuine curiosity.
