Respectful Caregiving – Seeing Children As Capable and Competent

In this workshop, caregivers will explore the essence of providing respectful care for children within their early learning practices.

Participants will be motivated to trust children’s abilities, to redefine their image of the child, and will receive guidance on how to reevaluate their caregiving methods in more respectful ways.

The significance of collaborative caregiving routines, uninterrupted play, the freedom to express emotions, established boundaries, and respectful discipline will connect the content, fostering a fresh and respectful approach to interacting with children.
