Musculoskeletal injuries (MSIs) are the aches and pains that we may feel in our body. They can limit our ability to work at our optimum.
Come and learn about how you can protect your body and reduce the risk of injuries while working in your child care program.
Objectives:
1. To identify possible risk factors for injury.
2. To learn about ideas for reducing risk of injury while caring for children.
*Suitable for students, novice, intermediate and experienced early learning child care professionals working with infant/toddlers and preschool age children, including children with extra support needs.
