Psychological Safety & Wellness in the Workplace
Psychological safety involves integrating behavioural health, education, and trauma-informed approaches.
This workshop focuses on building and creating psychological safety within groups / teams and workplaces. Understanding how our personal, team and organizational performance impact our psychological safety is explored to help learners discover healthy habits to establish and sustain psychological wellness and safety for themselves and others.
For more than 23 years Carolyn has been an instructor with the Justice Institute teaching in the Emergency Management Division as well as the Centre for Counselling and Community Safety. Her professional commitment is to ensuring leaders and frontline workers have the courage and tools to maintain psychologically and culturally safe and healthy workplaces.
