Positive Behaviour Management through Building Positive Relationships with Children and Co-workers – Online Workshop

WOW! That is a long title but it’s always on our minds!
Whether you are new to the field or feel like you need a refresher, it is always good to look at how others deal with challenging behaviours.
We start by looking at what we believe about children and the people who care for them. We will explore what can cause children to act out in ways that make us uncomfortable. From there, we go on a journey exploring all the aspects of our programs that affect children’s behaviour, both positively and negatively, and how we can assist them in growing in their relationships with others and themselves.
