How can you use yoga to nurture yourself?
Yoga can: renew energy in the body, relax the body to promote proper rest, provide relief from stress related conditions, allow you the opportunity to be with yourself, for yourself. With yoga, you can learn to control your breath and your muscle tension to improve your perspective about your health and your life. Come to this gentle, relaxing session and take home techniques you can easily use to feel good physically, mentally and spiritually.

Dorothy Fizzell has been practicing yoga for over 40 years, and it is a big part of who she is. She is a Lead Trainer with the South Okanagan Yoga Academy yoga teacher training program and is registered with the International Yoga Teacher's Association of Australia, and with Yoga Alliance in the USA (ERYT500). Dorothy also is an Early Childhood Educator with over 35 years in the field.
