Come join the Kamloops Community YMCA – YWCA’s very own Jenna Nickle, Director of Mental Wellness for an overview of the benefits of meditation.
This is a beginners guide to meditation for adults. We will cover the basics of meditation ( benefits, how to, ect) different methods of meditation and mindfulness, guided meditation, and some discussion around planning and fitting into your schedule.
Must have access to a computer with a camera and stable internet connection.
