*IN PERSON WORKSHOP*
In this workshop we will explore lots of things you can do with the loose parts you have been collecting. Angela and Marie will talk about how to curate your loose parts to make it aesthetically appealing and purposeful. We will also think about loose parts with a focus on creating culturally sustainable environments. Participants will have opportunities to create invitations with materials and to reflect on their own centre and practice.
The book, ‘Loose Parts 3: Inspiring Culturally Sustainable Environments’ will be given as part of your registration fee.

Marie Thom, Angela Yodogawa
Marie Thom is currently the Early Learning Consultant for Richmond School District. She is always inspired when working with children, educators, teachers, and parents as they bring fresh perspectives to learning. Marie taught Kindergarten for many years and has continued to support initiatives in the early years. Angela is the StrongStart educator at Grauer School in Richmond. She loves to make amazing settings for children and families to delight in. Angela brings a wealth of expertise in creating amazing responsive learning environments for young children.
