How can you accomplish this as a team? While it doesn’t happen overnight, it can be accomplished. Your team can do this. Jeanine McDonald has supported inclusive child care through her many roles in Supported Child Development as a resource teacher, consultant and coordinator. She has taught as a college professor in early childhood education and she has been a manager and executive director of a society. Jeanine currently works as the Coast Fraser North Regional Advisor for Supported Child Development programs.
