This workshop offers participants an opportunity to reflect on holistic learning for young learners. We will focus on both theoretical and pragmatic tools to empower educators in their instruction and classroom management. Discussions and activities will include land-based learning, language and culture, and holistic instruction.

Presenter Information
Candace is an Ililew Cree educator from the Treaty 9 territory and member of the Moose Cree First Nation. She offers insight and skills from her experiences and education related to learning from Indigenous worldviews. She is also completing her PhD with a specialization on Indigenous women in educational leadership.
