Emotions are all around us, each and every one of us face different emotions on a daily basis. Our emotions affect how we think, behave, interact with people, and handle stress. In this interactive workshop participants will learn about emotional intelligence and the great impact it has on our work and life.

Dr. Rosalyn Cormier Grady
Presenter Information
Dr. Rosalyn Cormier Grady is a therapist and adult educator currently teaching in the Human Services at Selkirk College and at Sofia University in Transpersonal Psychology. She has studied and worked with practices related to health and wellness and emotional intelligence from a variety of perspectives for over 20 years. Rosalyn facilitates healing groups and provides consultation to health practitioners to support balance and healthy relationships with self and others. Her doctorate degree focused on cross cultural approaches to healthy community development and she has been an assistant to the International Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers
