Keynote Highlights:
Unstoppable ECEBC Leaders: Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life with Stuart Ellis-Myers aka ‘Twitchy’ www.itwitch.com
Keynote Panel, Pathways to Professionalism: Believe, Be Hopeful, Be Bold. Panelists will share their insights, experiences and lessons learned relating to building professionalism. Panel Members include: Val Avery, President, Health Sciences Association, Randi Ball, ECE/Student, Elaine Fergusson, Chair of the Nova Scotia Child Care Association and Don Giesbrecht, Canadian Child Care Federation.
Digging Deeper: Following the panel on professionalism, an all-delegate workshop facilitated by Gyda Chud of the Child Care Advocates of BC will help us dig deeper into our personal and collective views of professionalism. Through table discussions, delegates will explore what professionalism looks like in BC. We have a diverse range of high calibre workshop offerings to choose from. Based on feedback from the Sector Survey, we are making alignments to offerings for Strong Start Facilitators and other conference delegates. A special instructor stream is being offered.
