This workshop is for Managers/Supervisors of Child Care programs. In this workshop, you will discover your own personality style and the personality style of those you work with. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to adapt your style to work more effectively with others. We will learn new ways to motivate staff and increase moral in your team.
