This workshop brings practical skills for mental health and well-being to your early learning community. Learn how to make yoga and mindfulness integrated into daily routines like Circle Time, Snack time or Art. In this hands-on workshop, you will experience yoga through songs, stories, games and sensory experiencing. Rooted in attachment theory and inclusion, participants will be introduced to trauma-informed practice, and take away practical skills for self-care and to avoid educator burn out. Please bring a towel or yoga mat. No yoga experience necessary.
