Self-esteem, body language, how we relate to others and our overall identity are all intertwined with our sexuality. Despite the importance of sexuality in our lives, we are often uncomfortable talking about these issues. It doesn’t have to be this way!
Kerri Isham, founder of POWER UP workshops, believes it’s never too early to start preparing for some important discussions around sexual health. With up-to-date information and the right tools, awkward conversations can be opportunities to develop open communication with your preschool/primary aged children. These on-going conversations will support children to develop a strong sense of self and to develop awareness of personal boundaries.
This workshop will provide a FUN and RELAXED atmosphere where educators can increase their knowledge, motivation and skills to help young people achieve optimal sexual health.
