Behaviour Through a Different Lens
Participants will explore the traditional ways in which children’s behaviour has been viewed and discuss a new way to look at what it communicates. We’ll understand even more what co-regulation is and how it develops, look at potential stressors and how those affect the way we care for children with challenging behaviours; as well as how we can best support all children to succeed and feel heard. Part of this workshop will encourage participants to reflect on their own stressors and learn how to support themselves so they can better support the children in their care.
