Are you feeling overwhelmed as the pandemic drags on and your responsibilities continue to increase at home and work? Are you wondering how to look after your own needs as well as everyone’s around you? If so, don’t miss this workshop. Rishma, an Occupational Therapist, will guide you through an interactive and engaging workshop and provide you with concrete tools and strategies to manage your stress and achieve the work/life/health balance you’ve been searching for.
**Workshops are presented live through Zoom. Participants must ensure to sign up with their correct email as unique workshop links will be sent out 24-48 hours before the workshop. Make sure you are using a compatible device and have a working internet connection. Participants must attend at least 1/2 of the workshop to be eligible for a partial certificate. Certificates are sent out approximately one month after the workshop upon completion of a survey.

RISHMA DHALLA has been an Occupational Therapist for over 25 years and has worked in various areas of practice over the course of her career. She has taught stress management education classes in a variety of settings for many years. She owns her own business called OT4Life, providing individual and group sessions for adults and older adults. Rishma's mission is to spread knowledge about stress management, to facilitate mental and emotional health and well-being for all.
