The Impact of the Environment in Child Care

The environment can be a powerful, and yet often overlooked component within a childcare program. Within this workshop we will take a look at how the environment can impact behaviour, build autonomy, and promote inclusion. Often referred to as the “third teacher” we look at how design and setup of the environment can benefit educators, children, and families.
