Responsible Adult training

Offered by the Smithers & Area CCRR in conjunction with BC Family Child Care Association.  Through distance education, this course allows students to work at their own pace, one module at a time.

This program is designed for individuals who are currently, or who are interested in becoming, providers of family child care in both the regulated and unregulated sectors.

Responsible Adult Training consists of 8 modules:

3. Planning for Safety & Emergencies – Part 2
4. Promoting Good Health & Nutrition
5. Exploring Children’s Development
6. Guiding Children’s Behaviour
7. Planning for Play & Learning
8. Inspiring Children’s Experiences & Activities
