Bringing Yoga into our Centres

On Saturday, June 10 we will be coming together at Yoga by the Sea Studio in Roberts Creek to explore how we can engage with young children through the practice of yoga in our programs.   Nicki Esty, yoga teacher and owner operator of Circle of Love Licensed Family Child Care in Gibsons will guide us through various moves and poses.  She will also expound on the benefits that yoga has for young children.  As always, we will be viewing our practices through the lens of the BC Early Learning Framework.
